Returns Rules

Cancellation of an order will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Return Package 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or a new package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the returning package caused by any party involved in the shipment.

Return Shipment

To return your product, mail it to us.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 Send back to us a better declaration of the full value of the original invoice and avoid the problem. 

Enclose your name and address and phone number in the package. Besides, also note the return reason on the package. 

The follow items cannot return:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
