Refund and Returns Policy

At Leddisplayshop, we work hard to curate functional and well-made products so you can treasure the items you purchase. However, we understand sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out. No matter the reason, we have a No Questions Asked Return Policy (excluding products marked explicitly as final sale).
How It Works:
1.Returns are accepted within 30 days of customers receiving the package.
2.Items must be in new condition with the original packaging.
3.Email info@leddisplayshop.com with a return request
4.We will respond with an RMA number and details of where to send the return.
5.Customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back using a trackable and insured method.
6.Upon receiving your return, we will verify the contents and issue you a refund for less than a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
7.A restocking fee can be waived when a refund is received in the form of store credit (case-by-case scenario)
Tip: ensure your return arrives safely using an adequate cushion.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to LEDdisplayshop, 2 Floor No 4 Building Le Hua Industry,Keng Wei Da Dao,Shi Yan Street,Bao An Part of Shenzhen 518000, Guangdong, China.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
