Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DIRECT VENDOR’S LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, DISK, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
The direct vendor makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory, concerning the contents or use of this documentation and especially disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose unless stated by www.leddisplayshop.com.
The buyer may return all undamaged items purchased at www.ledcontrollercard.com within 30 days of the original delivery. Unless the product is defective or the return directly results from www.leddisplayshop.com’s error, a restocking fee of 20% of the original cost stated in the invoice will be added. Www.leddisplayshop.com will only accept returned merchandise with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) made by a www.leddisplayshop.com Officer. www.ledcontrollercard.com will credit the buyer in the same manner as his or her original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
1. Order Cancellation
: a) Cancellation of an order will be charged with a 20% restocking fee.
2. Refund Terms
a) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document, the buyer will be charged 20% of the original invoice restocking fee when returning the purchased product. The remaining balance will be credited as original payment unless stated otherwise, withstanding warranty policy and any other policy document relating to Section 2.
b) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document, the distributor shall apply for an RMA within 30 days of receiving the purchased product for a refund of the purchased merchandise. The invoice shall be submitted along with the RMA form for a refund to be given.
3. Refused Package
a) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document, the distributor will be charged 20% of the original cost stated in the invoice when the receiver refuses the Package.
b) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document, the distributor will only receive a refund for a returning package if the Package is recovered and returned after the refusal.
c) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document, In case the package is lost due to a fault by www.leddisplayshop.com. Deliverer, the buyer may receive a refund or an exchange of the purchased merchandise if an insurance fee of $5.00 is stated in the invoice of the purchased merchandise.
4. Returning Shipments or Packages
a) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document, the buyer must afford the shipping cost from the buyer’s address to www.leddisplayshop.com’s address.
b) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document, the buyer is responsible for all returning packages.
c) The Package shall be returned in its original or new packaging.
d) Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded in this document; www.leddisplayshop.com. We will not be responsible for the damaged or lost returning Package caused by any parties related to the shipment.
e) Withstanding the sections above, the buyer shall provide all documents relating to the returned Package to www.leddisplayshop.com when returning purchased merchandise.
Guidelines for Returning Product:
1. Contact www.ledcontrollercard.com through our company email info@leddisplayshop.com, for the correct return address.
2. Ship authorized returns to the address provided by a Www.ledcontrollercard.com officer and a tracking method to avoid any problems.
3. To avoid problems, ensure the Package has the total value in your purchase’s invoice.
4. Explain the reason for the return and include your name, address, and phone number in case www.leddisplayshop.com needs to contact you.
